3.CANCELLATION
DOMESTIC ORDERS
Cancellations can be made within 24 hours of placing an order. The order may be canceled by addressing an email to us to by calling and canceling the order at the given customer care number.
Not all products are eligible for cancellation. Many products/items which are under Sale, promotion, or offers are not eligible for cancellation are clearly marked as “Final Sale” on the product page for that product.

Please note that any items returned without an authorization number will not be processed. Returns of goods that are not in their original packaging will not be accepted and refused. 4.EXCHANGE & RETURN POLICY: –
DOMESTIC ORDERS
All Orders through COD (Cash on delivery) payment mode will be only eligible for exchange. Refunds shall not be applicable for such orders.
Product should be returned unused, in their original packaging along with the price tags, labels, packing, and barcodes, invoice copy defined as essentials. If any product is returned without the essentials, the product shall not be accepted for return.
The return packages should be strongly and adequately packaged so that there is no damage to products during transit.
Products under promotions/sale/discounts will not be accepted for returns.
In case you receive a product with a manufacturing defect kindly get in touch with us immediately. We will request you to kindly email us the photographs of the defective product and appropriate action will be taken by our customer care team thereafter.
In case of return or exchange (other than damage & defects while receiving the parcel) logistics cost of the return is to be borne by the customer.
Products that are eligible for return, can be returned within 7 days of receiving the merchandise. After getting the return code.
Goods sold online will not be exchanged or returned on retail counters.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
If your product arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, you should email us at marlleshwar@gmail.com with a photo/video. The mail should be sent within 6 hours of delivery of damaged items in your shipment. In such cases, we offer a mutual resolution.

What is the cost of shipping?
Domestic Orders:
Shipping for all orders above INR 2000.00 within India is Free. There is a minimal charge of INR 200 for all Orders below INR 2000.00
International Orders:
The Shipping fee for international orders is automatically calculated on the basis of Net Weight for Apparel and Volume Metric Weight for Quilts and other selected items that are shipped in boxes. We make sure your order reaches you in perfect condition. We use DHL as our logistics partner.
What would be the estimated delivery time?
Domestic Orders:
Your order will be delivered in 7 to 10 working days from the order dispatch date. Usually dispatched within 3 working days. Except during festivals and other government holidays.
International Orders:
Your order will be delivered in 7 to 10 working days from the order dispatch date. Usually dispatched within 4 working days. Except during festivals and other government holidays.
Your order can arrive in single or multiple shipments due to logistic & order fulfillment center reasons, our team will provide tracking details for the same after the order is dispatched.
